Sound familiar?
1

The current version of a policy is whatever someone last emailed around, and nobody is certain which copy is the real one.

2

Approvals are chased by email, so when someone asks who signed off and when, the answer has to be reconstructed.

3

The risk register is a spreadsheet that gets opened in the fortnight before an audit and ignored the rest of the year.

What good looks like

Every document has one current version.

Documents carry version history, a review cycle and a recorded approval. Workflows route the approval to the right person and log each step as it happens. The risk register, the framework assessments and the evidence behind them stay in one place.

IR
Incident Response Policyv4.2 · Owner: Quality Manager
Approved
Draft raised from template, superseding v4.1
Sent for review – assigned, not emailed
Approved – approver, decision and timestamp recorded
Next scheduled review set against the document
Shared to the client portal – access is logged
The version history is the audit trail. You don't assemble it later.
Document control

One current version, and proof of how it got there

Documents move through draft, pending review, approved and rejected states, with version history on every file. Reviews can be scheduled, and documents due for review raise an alert. Sections can be edited collaboratively with section-level locking.

Workflow engine

Approvals that route themselves

Build multi-step workflows with assignments, conditional branching and parallel execution. Approval chains support delegation and rollback, and each instance keeps an activity log.

Risk and compliance

A live picture of where you stand

A risk register with a probability-by-impact heat map, assessments that score and rate severity, and mitigation actions tracked with due dates and effectiveness. Adopt compliance frameworks and assess requirements against them with evidence attached.

Client portal

Share with clients without emailing attachments

Clients get magic-link access to the documents, forms and workflows you share with them, with branding and access controls you configure. Every portal action lands in an audit log.

Better together

The paperwork, connected to the work around it.

One sign-in

One account across the suite.

Atlas sits behind the same team accounts, roles and app switcher as the rest of Agend, so staff move between products without a second login.

CRM

The relationship and the paperwork.

Your CRM holds the member record; Atlas holds the documents, forms and workflows you share with that organisation through the client portal.

Learn

Competency evidence alongside the policy.

Atlas carries its own course module with SCORM playback and verifiable certificates, next to the framework the training supports.

Loop

Alerts where the team already is.

Atlas surfaces SLA breaches, detected anomalies and documents due for review, and Loop keeps the conversation about them in one place.

Switching

Getting your existing records in.

Documents from Teamwork

Atlas includes a migration wizard for importing documents out of Teamwork, so a library that already lives there does not have to be rebuilt by hand.

Once in, documents pick up the same version control, review cycle and approval workflow as anything created natively. Templates with reusable sections cover the documents you would rather start fresh.

Clients and conflicts

Portal clients and conflict records can be brought in by CSV, which covers the two lists most teams already keep in a spreadsheet.

The limit, stated plainly: the documented import path for documents is the Teamwork wizard. If your policies live elsewhere, ask us about the route in before you plan around one.

Fair questions

Asked by every buying committee.

Can we prove who approved a document, and when?
Approvals are actions inside Atlas, not emails about Atlas. Documents move through draft, pending review, approved and rejected, with version history, review history and the approval decision held against the record. Workflow instances keep their own activity log of each step, including approvals, delegations and rollbacks.
Does Atlas support our compliance framework?
Atlas lets you adopt frameworks and assess your requirements against them, recording each as compliant, non-compliant, partial or not assessed, with evidence and notes attached. To be clear about what that is and is not – Atlas records and reports your compliance posture. It does not certify you, and using it does not make you certified against any standard.
Can we give clients and auditors access without emailing files around?
The client portal is built for that. You share specific documents, forms and workflows with a client, and the portal keeps an audit log of actions and timestamps, so you can see what was accessed and by whom. Portal settings cover branding, sessions and access controls.
Can we bring our existing documents across?
There is a migration wizard for importing documents from Teamwork. Beyond that, documents can be created from templates with reusable sections, and there are CSV importers for portal clients and for conflicts. If your documents live somewhere other than Teamwork, talk to us about the path in rather than assuming one exists.
Is Atlas available now?
Atlas is still in development, so this page describes what the system does rather than a delivery date. If it looks like a fit for how your quality function works, the useful next step is a walkthrough, so you can judge the capability against your own requirements.
