How it works

Our team runs the migration, mapping your legacy data, custom fields and corporate bundles with purpose-built importers. Unmapped fields are detected and promoted to custom field definitions, so messy legacy data arrives structured, not dropped.

You review and approve at each checkpoint; typically live in 12 to 26 weeks, depending on scope. It never becomes your weekend job.

What you keep

Keep your WordPress site if it works: Agend feeds it live from member data. Keep Mailchimp too: members and segments sync continuously, so lists are never stale.

And your data stays yours – fully exportable, always.

Do we have to take every app on day one?
No. Engagements start with the core – CRM, CMS, portal, workflows and events – and the add-ons attach when you're ready for them. Because everything shares the one member record, adding Learn or a Directory later is a switch, not a project.
How is this priced?
It scales with member count and the surfaces you start with. The honest comparison is one platform against five or six subscriptions plus the staff hours spent gluing them together – bring your current stack list and we'll price your actual setup against it.
We're mid-contract with our current AMS.
That's the normal case, and the 12-to-26-week runway is designed for it: migration runs alongside your current system, you approve at checkpoints, and cutover happens when the data is right – not when a contract forces it.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It's yours. Full export, always – contacts, members, custom fields, history. We'd rather keep you by being good than by locking the door.
