Prospective clients search, filter and find your members. Listing status follows membership status, so lapsed members drop off without anyone chasing it.

Your member directory is a PDF someone re-exports twice a year, and it is wrong the day it goes up.
Lapsed members are still listed as current, because nothing connects the listing to the membership.
Members pay their fee and get a line of text nobody can search, filter or find.
Listings go through a moderation queue, then publish to your own domain. Search covers name, description, category, tag, badge, rating and distance. When a membership lapses past the grace period the listing suspends itself, and renewing restores it.
Keyword search across listing names and descriptions, plus semantic search for when a visitor's words don't match yours. Filters for category, tag, badge, star rating, distance and custom fields. Sort by relevance, distance, rating, newest or views.
Listing status follows membership status. Active memberships keep an approved listing; expiry inside the grace period leaves it live; expiry past the grace period, cancellation or a pause suspends it, and a renewal restores it. Every sync is logged for audit.
Run it on your own verified custom domain with your colours, logos and favicon. Drag-and-drop pages built from hero, text, FAQ and CTA blocks alongside live directory blocks – featured listings, category grid, latest reviews, search and stats.
Addresses are geocoded automatically and shown on a map. Visitors filter by radius and sort by distance, and a listing can carry multiple locations with its own hours, phone and email per site.
Membership status decides who is listed.
Active members are published, expired members drop off after the grace period, and renewing a membership restores the listing automatically.
One member site, not two.
The directory sits inside the association portal with the same brand config, fonts and navigation, and sections turn on only for the apps you have enabled.
Jobs on the directory homepage.
A featured jobs section can be switched on for the homepage, gated to accounts with Jobs enabled, with a link through to the full jobs page.
Copy changes without a developer.
Page copy, FAQs, stats and partner logos come from the CMS, so staff can edit the words around the directory from the dashboard.
Upload the CSV you already have. You map your columns to listing fields, and the wizard validates every row before it writes anything – email format, URLs, description length, category and tag matching.
It then shows you duplicates, both inside your file and against listings you already hold. Imports run in batches with partial success, so one bad row does not sink the file. Everything lands as pending until you approve it.
Once the listings are in, you generate claim links and email them to the businesses. The owner clicks through, signs in, and the claim creates their account and hands them the listing.
From that point they maintain their own details and you stop being the bottleneck. You keep moderation, sponsor levels and badges.
